Waitlist privacy
A small waitlist, clear choices.
Updated October 4, 2026 · Bramble by Vezryn Labs
This notice covers the Bramble prelaunch waitlist. Contact us at bramble@vezryn.com about your information or email preferences.
What you share
Signing up requires your email address and a separate, explicit choice to receive Bramble launch and pricing updates. That choice starts unchecked. You can also share a Twitch or YouTube handle and separately choose beta invitations and updates; both are optional.
For a successful signup, we store only:
- Your email address, with surrounding spaces removed and letters converted to lowercase.
- Your optional handle.
- Your launch and pricing email consent choice.
- Your optional beta interest and beta-email choice.
- Which signup form you used: the top, middle, or final form.
- The signup time, recorded by the server.
These details are stored in Cloudflare D1 after the server accepts the signup. A failed or unconfigured form does not confirm registration. We do not store IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, or subscriber analytics in the waitlist database.
What the waitlist is for
We keep these details to manage the waitlist and your chosen launch, pricing, and beta updates. Beta interest does not guarantee an invitation or access. Signing up does not purchase Bramble.
The current version sends no automated confirmation, launch, marketing, or beta emails. An email delivery provider has not yet been selected. We will update this notice before enabling a delivery workflow that changes how your information is handled.
Already signed up?
Submitting the same normalized email address again returns a generic success response and leaves the original record and preferences unchanged. It does not renew consent or turn previously withdrawn preferences back on. To change your handle or preferences, contact bramble@vezryn.com.
Withdraw consent or request deletion
Email bramble@vezryn.com to unsubscribe from launch or beta updates, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Tell us which signup email and preferences the request concerns. Requests are handled manually; we may ask you to confirm control of the email address.
We can switch off launch and beta email preferences while retaining the record to honor that withdrawal, or delete the active subscriber record on request. Deletion removes the active waitlist entry; it does not permanently block a later signup using the same email address. Cloudflare backup and recovery systems may retain earlier data until their platform retention expires.
We retain active signup records while managing the prelaunch waitlist unless you request deletion. This version has no automatic deletion schedule. We will review retention as the launch and email workflow develop.
Site infrastructure
The site and waitlist use Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver the site and protect the endpoint, including rate limiting. Infrastructure processing or logs can involve request information even though IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in our D1 subscriber records.
This waitlist site does not add advertising trackers or subscriber analytics. Information you send to our contact email is handled through our mailbox, separately from the waitlist database.
